In an effort to reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction and decrease waste, we will seek year-over-year improvement in quality as measured by our percent defective rate.

Each plant is charged to demonstrate annual improvements in efficiency and productivity. Improvements in line speed, yield and uptime position National Gypsum to provide the best products and service in the industry and also reduce cost and waste.

Each year, we will identify and implement process improvements that reduce our energy consumption. We will maintain ongoing projects to reduce raw material usage and lower embodied energy in our products.
