Dietrich Industries has introduced a new line of metal framing marketed under the UltraSTEEL® Brand. Dietrich describes the product as, "a cutting-edge, industry-changing new development to interior drywall metal framing — Dietrich UltraSTEEL Framing".

The UltraSTEEL product is UL classified and is currently listed in UL design V450. National Gypsum has and will continue to work with Dietrich Industries to populate this and other UL designs with approvals allowing the use of Gold Bond® BRAND Wallboard products with UltraSTEEL products.

At the current time Gold Bond Wallboard is approved for use in 1- and 2-hour assemblies. Click on the link below to go to the UL web page that lists the details for V450.
